No Refunds
All payments are final. Once payment is made, your order will be processed immediately. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests after payment.
Defective Items / Replacement
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, we will replace it with a new item (1:1).
Please contact our support team immediately with photo proof of the defective product for replacement.
Custom Orders
For custom orders, please ensure all details such as name, number, cutting style, and fabric are correct.
We are not responsible for refunds if errors are caused by incorrect customer input.
