What is the refund policy?

All payments made are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been successfully processed, the order will immediately enter our production/processing queue.

As such, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed after payment has been completed.

What if the item is defective ?

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are eligible for a 1:1 replacement of the same item. The issue must be reported within 3 days after receiving the product, together with clear photos as proof.
